ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Cristina Arcay

Cristina Arcay is a marketing powerhouse and influential voice in music, culture, and entertainment. With a decade of experience building artists, brands, and cultural moments, she currently serves as a Partner at NEON16 and President of its creative agency, AM16. Cristina has worked with some of the biggest icons in the industry, including Thalía, Carlos Vives, Danna Paola, Tainy, and Will Smith, while leading campaigns for global brands like META, Netflix, Formula 1, Adidas, Shark/Ninja, NFL, Jean Paul Gaultier, and more.

In 2025, she won 8 ADDY Awards for her creative work and was recognized by Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies and the Inc. 500 list. A dedicated community advocate, she has served on the committees of Women in Music Miami and Soho Pool House, and most recently partnered with the Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation via the NVISION Latino Film & Music Festival. She is also the founder of Take a Seat, a growing women’s collective created to foster connection and empowerment through curated, purpose-driven experiences.
